MUIG’s semesterly committee/subcommittee recruitment is back! 

As a committee, one will be expected to execute all things high-level in their respective departments, which includes leveraging on core elements such as people management,  goal setting, task allocation, etc, to effectively manage, streamline and expand current departmental operations.

As a subcommittee, one will be expected to perform assigned duties and communicate relevant ideas for improvements as part of their respective departmental operations, thus contributing to the overall functioning and continuance of departments.

Departments:

Key responsibilities:

> Manage and organize the documentation of important files in relation to all events and activities hosted by the club.

> Responsible for the production of meeting minutes, email blasting and submission of proposals for any club activities or events.

> Liaise with internal parties (C&S Division) to support and ensure the smooth-running of MUIG events.

Key responsibilities:

> Design/create poster collaterals and essential marketing materials for MUIG events.

> Visualize/gather insightful content for our social media’s content creation (e.g. infographics, Instagram Reels).

> Manage MUIG’s promotional platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and MUIG website.

> Maintain and improve MUIG’s branding.

Key responsibilities:

> Plan and organize external investment-related events for MUIG members.

> Responsible for corporate partnership development and external liaisons for MUIG.

> Responsible for procuring external sponsors.

> Manage and control event logistics.

> Draft event proposals and present them to our corporate partners.

Key responsibilities:

> Plan and organize internal bonding events for MUIG members and committee team.

> Strengthen the bonds within MUIG by creating a friendly and conducive environment.

> Assist with the execution of external events.

> Assist with member/committee recruitment and certificate preparation.
